We require a minimum of 3 registered students to have this class.

DHLPP or DHPP and Rabies shot records are required. You can email a copy to the instructor or bring them with you first day of class.

Please contact the class instructor by email if you have any questions pertaining to the class itself. Any other questions please direct those to the Training Director and we will do our utmost best to help you. At times the Training Director is also the instructor.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of a 72 hour notice if you wish to cancel your registration for this class to receive a partial refund. A $10 cancellation fee will be held for processing. Cancellations less than 72 hours notice will not receive a refund but rather a partial credit towards another class. For cancellations please contact us at charlestondogtrainingclub@gmail.com

This class is for dog and handler teams that want improved attention in the Obedience or Rally ring in any registry (AKC, UKC, ASCA, CDSP, etc).

Dogs may be at any level ... from Beginner to Utility, Novice to Masters

Dogs need a reliable sit-stay in heel position. Additional required basic obedience: Sit, Stay; Down, Stay; Response to Name; Willingness to engage (come); Willingness to “play”.

The dogs must know the skill set for their training level.
i.e. At least Heel on Leash, Figure Eight, Sit for Exam, Sit Stay, and Recall for Obedience. At least the Novice signs for Rally.

We will teach specific steps to train attention and “attention games” to keep your dog engaged.

All dogs must be under the handler’s control and non-aggressive.
